This Privacy Policy explains how Dwell Kept LLC dba DK Property Solve (“DK Property Solve,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us, submit a form on this website, or participate in our text-messaging program.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to a property inquiry:

• Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address you are asking about, and anything else you choose to tell us in a form, a text message, an email, or a phone call.
• Information about the property. Publicly available property records and listing data for the address you tell us about.
• Basic technical information. Standard web server data such as your browser type and the pages you visit on this site.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
• To review the property and determine whether it is something we can buy.
• To contact you about that property by phone, email, or text message, if you have given us the appropriate consent.
• To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the property inquiry you contacted us about.

Text messaging and your mobile information

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile opt-in data.

Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that make the messaging program work — for example the telecommunications carrier that delivers the message and the customer relationship management platform we use to send it — and only for the purpose of operating the program and responding to you. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

Our SMS program number is (513) 822-3505. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any sale or service.

When we share other information

• Service providers. Companies that host this site, deliver our email, or run our customer relationship management system, acting on our instructions and for no other purpose.
• Transaction professionals. If a property moves toward a signed agreement, the title company, closing attorney, or escrow agent handling that transaction.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information to data brokers or list vendors.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to document a transaction, and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove the information that identifies you.

How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need it to do their work, and information is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message from our program number.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com.
• Phone: tell us on any call and we will note it.
• Access, correction, or deletion: write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond and, where the law requires it, act on your request.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to send you about a transaction already underway.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
